RVAA is the only national association exclusively focused on the RV Aftermarket. We represent the suppliers, distributors and agents of the RV industry every day, and provide membership benefits available to our members only (see "About RVAA" to learn more about what RVAA has to offer).

THE "NEW MEMBER BULLETIN"
The "New Member Bulletin" is a special one-page, three-hole punched description of your company including key contact information which is developed upon approval of your RVAA membership. This one-page introduction document is then sent to every RVAA member the month following your membership approval. New Supplier members have their New Member Bulletins sent directly to all RVAA Distributors, and new Distributor members have their New Member Bulletin sent directly to all RVAA Suppliers.

NEW MEMBER LISTING ON RVAA'S HOME PAGE www.rvaftermarket.org
Upon Approval of their membership application, new members have their name and company listed on the the "new members" page of the RVAA website. RVAA's existing members turn to this page for easy access and quick information about new RVAA's members on a regular basis. Additionally, businesses throughout the RV industry have turned to www.rvaftermarket.org to learn more about the industry and in turn, will learn more about your company as a new RVAA member. Audited web statistics show that nearly a quarter of a million hits were received at the rvaftermarket.org website in the 2004 calendar year.

IMMEDIATE INSERTION AS AN RVAA MEMBER IN INDUSTRY ADVERTISING
Upon approval of your RVAA membership application, your business name will be instantly included in all RVAA Membership Lists which are used in our "Aftermarket Success" publication which is sent quarterly to all RV dealers, manufacturers and key industry personnel. Through our industry outreach programs, RVAA is elevating the aftermarket and promoting the value of working with an RVAA member. We'll put your name in with this valuable group the moment your application is approved by RVAA's Board of Directors!

NEW MEMBER CONFERENCE CALL ONE MONTH PRIOR TO CONFERENCE
New Members may participate in a free one-hour conference call a month prior to every Executive Conference. This conference call helps to provide valuable information for new members who are attending their first Conference and helps to eliminate some of the confusion that may exist with those who have never participated in this important RVAA event. This call is presented by the RVAA Executive Director, Membership Chairman and Conference Chairman. Additionally, questions and answers are taken during the calls to help clear up and specific questions you may have about your upcoming conference experience.

NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION AT RVAA EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE
A one-hour "New Member Orientation" takes places on the Friday preceding the beginning of festivities at every RVAA Executive Conference. It serves as a reminder of processes and the agenda for the Executive Conference, as well as allowing for an opportunity for all RVAA new members to have a chance to meet each other. This New Member Orientation is typically presented by the Association Executive Director, President and Membership Chairman, as well as additional RVAA Board members who are available to attend this important meeting.

SPECIAL NEW MEMBER INTRODUCTION BREAKFAST AT RVAA EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE
At the beginning of every RVAA Executive Conference, RVAA's new members for that year have the ability to provide a brief introduction of their company, products and services during the RVAA New Member Breakfast. RVAA's distributor members are in attendance for this event - and have found that it is an excellent way to learn more about RVAA's new members in a quick format prior to the beginning of conference appointment sessions.

The "Spotlight on New Members" insert in every RVAA member packet at the Executive Conference helps to provide an additional exposure opportunity for your firm at your first RVAA Executive Conference.

NEW MEMBER PLAQUE PRESENTATION AT EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE LUNCHEON
Yet another exposure opportunity for your business during your first RVAA Executive Conference is the new member plaque presentation which occurs during the Saturday luncheon. Your business' representative will be called up to receive their membership plaque, while additionally your company's logo is exhibited on the screen as your plaque is presented.

GUARANTEED APPOINTMENTS AT RVAA'S EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE
A traditional benefit for new members involves gaining guaranteed appointment sessions with the Suppliers or Distributors you want to meet with at the association’s Executive Conference. This process guarantees FIVE appointments for each new member. Each existing RVAA member distributor or supplier has a maximum new appointment exposure of SIX appointments. For example, once six appointments from six new members have been placed on a single distributor’s schedule, this distributor is no longer eligible for automatic, guaranteed appointment placement (you can still call the distributor individually and schedule an appointment, or schedule one at the conference’s Saturday morning appointment scheduling session).

Decisions for placing guaranteed appointments are based on the time when new members submit their Conference Registration forms with their payments. It is a first-come, first serve system for guaranteed new member appointments, so it pays to become a member early, and register and pay for the conference early. Appointments are based on your ranking in the “requested appointment ranking” sheet provided in the conference booklet. If an RVAA member who you have requested has reached its new member appointment threshold of six appointments, the next descending appointment among your listed priorities will be filled if available.
